How does the pricing work?
The platform works on a monthly or yearly subscription model. Its costs are defined according to your specific needs, and typically are defined based on the number of locations/stores, distribution centers and number of item references.
Depending of the specific needs, some aditional professional services would be needed.
How is the platform implementation process? How long does it take?
Platform implementation is divided into 2 main phases:
1. Technical Implementation: Incldes all aspects of the integration with your organization's ERP and platform deployment to our cloud. It takes aprox 1-2 months depending on the specific needs.
2. Business Implementation: Includes all activities required to setup the platform to your specific needs, including: business configuration, usage proof of concept, and launch. It takes aprox. 1-2 months depending on the specific needs.
